Prospects Cast Then And Now

Prospects was a TV series from 1986-1987. Probably my favourite comedy drama of all time. Another breeding ground for wonderful and fabulous UK character actors. Prospects was also one of channel 4's most popular television series in history. Note: On a few of the actors it was difficult to get any information on them whatsoever.

♥️
Nothing could beat those eyes of his. Even now at 73 Hold me close makes my heart beat faster.
That's great
He lives in New York. Wonderful to hear he is still alive and well. One of the few Carry On stars left who has had consistent work alongside Barbara Winsdor and he actually broke into the America and has grammy awards and other nominations.
A very diverse acting career.
I did what happened to this man and always wondered his name. Thanks for this video.
I've met him twice! He was a fukkin prick, both times!!
That was amazing to see There was so much I didn't know and I'm pleased that he has done so well
Great tribute. You sound like George from Rainbow.
Thanks 🤣
Bless him worked hard over the years to make people happy.!
What a great tribute , always enjoyed watching Jim Dale , right from an early age . very talented entertainer .
Nice one mate
I had the privilege of seeing David in concert here in South Africa, magic loved every second of it
That's fab!!
It's really amazing that you managed to visit this place during the destruction and discover some gems, such as abandoned props. It's really a pity that you couldn't take the windmill or other things. The footage of the destruction of it is a really cool thing, especially since there aren't really any films from that period here at all. I am very interested in this place because I love fields, let alone those associated with the production of a famous series + the weather is totally my vibe there! I plan to visit this place soon. Regards!
Regards mate
I remember Jim Dale, seeing him in films decades ago. I’m glad he is living in a nice area; Upstate NY looks good.
Yes some of the countryside looks great
What a fantastic man.
Fab fab fab wonderful memories part of childhood so sad now they were the best times ❤
Our loss of such a great entertainer seems to have been the USA''s gain.
I saw him in concert at the Dominion Theatre a couple of times, I think in the early 80's.
Nice
Loved his dry pan delivery as the narrator in Pushing Daisies
Jim Dale was brilliant in the Carry on films
My older brother was in the year below Jim at the Grammar School.

No disrespect to Tom Baker but Jim would have been a great Dr Who.
I Luv'd him in Carry on Screaming , Great Actor an Vocalist..
Me and my friend did Soho too! In those days you could wander around London no problem.
Great piece on a great actor. Grew up with the Carry On films and Jim was always fantastic.
Honest actor, very talented and super entertaining to watch. I'm happy to have grown up enjoying his many portrayals... don't tell the Carry-On Team, but he was my favourite and I've seen all the Carry-On films 😉 Thank you Sir for all you contributed to entertainment (here and USA), you made a positive difference. When your name is mentioned, I smile.
Many thanks indeed, love it.
How could anyone watching the Corona advert in the 80s possibly imagine what life in 2020 would be like, and what that word would come to represent?!
Should have been cast as James Bond.
Back in the day ....There were only 3 channels, no domestic video recorders. All evening meals had to be sorted out and get comfortable so could watch Professionals at 9pm, think it was Fridays? Those were the days. We lined up to see "Who Dares Wins", what a film, I watch it once a month. The Mayflower Garden ship still runs the Thames. I remember going to a party on her in around '82. I watch the professionals still. It's taken on a new fascination, I like the old cars, the old London, small businesses under arches and the old sets, some of the old factories etc. I was watching one chase and in the background you can see all the bags placed outside the houses full of tin foil and foil trays ready for collection. Recycling of course, is only a recent thing ;-) I am all of a sudden old, from the time when beer came in a glass, even if you wanted to take it outside and have a smoke.
